Burn some essences or take a deep relaxing bath with some good stuff in it. No matter how hard you worry or think about this you aren't likely to affect the outcome - just give yourself a seriosly nasty migrain. :( Don't do that!!! Rescue remedy for you right now I say! Talk to your SIL and see if that's a possibility and go from there. I'll bet you're all tense right across the shoulders. Let them drop down and relax before that tension gets to you head Kris.

I worry about you you know! Don't be concerned about posting to anything right now - just relax and take deep breaths and be well!!!
