Kris, this is not a brag...but I own three homes right now and just sold one (so it's down from four). I got a migraine closing on every one of them!!! And you know what, didn't do me a darned bit of good (Diane, where the heck were you when I needed this advice *grinning and teasing*).

It's not worth stressing over. The trick is to understand that you can walk away from any deal anytime. This throws the ball firmly back into your court. Believe me, they want to sell this house as badly as you want to buy it. If it doesn't work out, there is something better in the wind. That is from solid experience. (And you wouldn't believe the amount of times that a deal fell through for me and later I was thanking my lucky stars because if I'd jumped on this one I would have missed out on the great one).

Gentle hugs...your dream home is out there. It may end up being this one, it may end up being another one. But you and Matt have the ball rolling and that's nine-tenths of the battle. The rest works out just the way it should.
