Andrew has a gorgeous Pleco in the tank downstairs. I think I have a picture somewhere - I'll see if I can find it. It is hard when they die - I feel so helpless but there is so little that you can do. We have discus upstairs (right behind me in fact) and they are very hard to keep. We had a tank custom made for them in fact - nice and deep ...close to 3 feet I'd guess (cleaning it is fun - NOT!! LOL) when we started out with them we lost several and that was heartbreaking (and expensive too) but we currently have three in there and two appear to be bonding as a pair sooooo.... I see little baby granddiscus as a distinct possibility. ;) I'll keep you posted. :)
