Hi Diane,

I guess your a grand mother now to all those fishies:):)
I love platy's there so cute. Back when I was in my 20's I had a few tanks. I loved it until I almost lit the house on fire. I decided to clean the tank, as I did often. I took the heater out and set it on the carpet. I thought I un plugged it but I un plugged the light the tank instead, than I left the house to run to the store for a pak of cancer sticks, (cigs) and came home to a fire starting, it was small and I put it out real quick but it was scary.

I loved my fishies and I would get so attatched to them, they would all come up and nibble my fingers. I loved them all, when they would die It would break my heart, they usually suffer for a week or more with large growths or diseases or they would lay limp on the floor of the tank for days on end. I could not stand to see it anymore. I was so into it for a long time, but I had to give it up becasue it was to complicated and my fish were dying left and right. Plus, I was so picky about the water, it had to look perfect all the time or I was cleaning it. I than migrated to parrots, now that was interesting to.............

I do miss having a fish tank, but I didn't like to see all my babies dying........ I had a lot of neat fish, I loved my placostamus, he was neat. did Cindy ever find her's???
