Subject: I just looked at the bill again and it was 53.00 not 73.00 for last month! That was a happy mistake!

February was TERRIBLE! The bill was 230.00, but they had us on a higher rate plan. They dropped us down to a lower rate plan when they saw how much electricity we were using, and I can't really use those numbers to compare, because it was in the 20 degree range all the way through the end of February.

Hmmmm...
