We have a 3 bedroom 2 bath, 2 car garage single home 1750 sq. ft. under air! Fully screened in patio or lanai as we like to call it. We only paid 118,500 8 years ago. Right now I think it is probably worth in the 130's or 140's. A lot of house for the money! Of course if we didn't use our AC in the summer time, we would all be dead. Our electric bills run around $200 in the summer. House is all electric. In the winter it is usually around 120 or so.
