#2 would work--MAYBE they had a love affair and decided to hide it and maintain a very professional appearance...Maybe they hid it extremely well from all of us?!

#5 is MY choice--I had no problems with Doggett and Reyes and "tough patooties" on those chickens who didn't watch the series. The movie is for fans, as far as I am concerned. I want to know that Mulder had time with his son before he had to go into hiding.

I suspect that the movie will deal with 2012 as the date for the final invasion. However, I would like that to be a third movie.
