She pushes Bubba forward. "You stay here to deal with any projectile puking. I've got to go practice my ping-pong."

IG is really into by now, taking her arms out of her sleeves and pushing her shirt to the back so that it looks like she's wearing a clerical collar. Her chanting and the fanfic are having a sophoric effect on the gathered crowd, as eyelids grow heavy and many start slumping into seats. Suddenly, IG starts gargling and gasping for breath.

CW jumps to her feet, knitting needles falling heedlessly to the floor. "IG! Are you all right?"

IG points to her throat, gasping for air.

"Look!" Kande has just returned with her ping-pong paddle and is now pointing a quivering finger at KS, who has risen from the floor, her eyes spiralling in their sockets with a red glare and her hair standing straight up. "She's possessing IG!"

"Eek!" The Mayor shrieks and starts writing a fine for possession. Honestly, by the time this day is done, she should have gethered enough moola to retire.

Stardoe sighs. "Alright, KS, you've made your point. You can go after your husband. Just make sure you lay down a tarp in the back of the cruiser, OK? I hate when body fluids get all over everything."

IG falls gasping to the floor. A low voice starts pouring out of her throat.

"More presents!" she gasps in the gravelly tone. "MORE PRESENTS!"

Everyone starts throwing their presents on KS's pile. Even the Mayor is frightened enough to add most of hers. Finally, the pile threatens to overspill the room.

"Are you happy now?" Stardoe is helping IG to stand up. KS -- her eyes still spiralling madly -- silently points her finger at Kande's head. Everyone turns and stares.

"Wha--? Oh no you don't! You are NOT getting my new monkey hat!" Kande sputters.
