Subject: Ding Dong (or should I say rat-a-tat)
In reply to: Kande's Sis 's message, "Happy Birthday to me! Ladadadadi" on 17:25:15 03/10/03 Mon

The sudden noise of the doorbell caused KS to jump out of her daydream. "Presents????" she wondered as she took the stairs two at a time to get to the door before the noise woke up her pet bats, Herky and Jerky.

"Whose there?" she asked as she tried to look out the peep hole in the door. Suddenly remembering that she had painted it black to keep the room dark, she opened the door with guns pulled and aimed at the poor FED EX man. Trying not to shake too hard, he handed her his clipboard to sign for the package he had set down on the step.

Holstering her guns, she signed with a quick, rather large flourish which covered up most of the paper. Trying not to run, this poor, quite shaken up by this time, FED EX man hurried down the walkway to his truck. Climbing in, he threw the running engine into gear and took off as fast as the truck would go. "Nut case" he muttered "I hope the darn package blows up in her face."

"Whose this from?" muttered KS. "I don't know anybody from Montana" she said as she read the return address label. Noticing the "do not shake" label, she smiled suddenly remembering her latest present to herself. "This will fix those creeps who forgot my birthday" she whispered "this will fix them!"
