I dont have a problem with it. It seems to have drawn quite a response.? I tend to have the view that if writers overstep the mark the regulars will hammer them. Use censorship for obscene and insulting language but leave it at that. Otherwise we are going to have a boring web site.
I totally agree with this writers opening message, that effective 1:1 shepherding is really difficult and is a calling.
But I would also add that if this is the case, most of those doing it seem from what I read to be in the wrong calling.
