Hmm interesting thought, I've seen it go through here once or twice before :) The main thing I've loved about my F4 (which usually gets abused by friends nowadays) is the durability of the valve. I think that with proper care you'd be able to run liquid without too much damage. But honestly, I don't think I'd try it myself unless I had a second valve laying around for backup purposes :)
