If you're referring to the woman who came and testified before congress that she has a brain tumor and couldn't get treatment in Canada, turns out she lied. She had a non-malignant cyst and her doctor verified it. Factcheck.org has already debunked that one. The only wait time in Canada is for elective surgery.

The CBO has now said $1.2 Trillion of the deficit was created by the Bush administration. You might want to remember that the Republicans pushed through three measures, each UNFUNDED that creted a total of $4 trillion in deficits, namely the prescription drug plan, Medicare Advantage and tax cuts. On top of that was the bogus Iraq War. The Iraq War alone would have paid for health care for every single American!
