Surely the job as a university team captain is to have the good of the university team at heart, not XS. If the priority is XS, then they should not be team captain of the uni side. I understand it's a great chance for XS dancers to compete in this competition, but let's face it, they stand little chance of winning, whereas in the team match at Warwick they stand a good chance of winning and a high placement even when not at full strength. I think it's a great shame for majority of the team who aren't in XS to be denied the chance to compete because of the minority.
