I am looking forward to the day when we have our first woman bishop in the Church of England, with hopefully many more to follow.
And I'm looking forward when the Church of England doesn't compose of a hierarchical structure with ordained bishops and pastors any more, when they realize that they don't have to flock to big Cathedrals to seek God...
but that's another story. In an organization, I don't mind a gifted sister being ahead of ungifted brothers, but in the Lord, this is improper!
I don't consider the Anglican Church more than an organization, so let there be female bishops or whatever. It also helped the Lutheran Church.
