The pledge of Allegience -- Joan, 05:36:38 10/26/07 Fri [1] (ip68-0-253-131.ri.ri.cox.net/68.0.253.131)
Did I spell that right?
"Furthermore, the teachers unions are very left-wing."
That reminds me of CCD this week. A boy (6) wanted to show me that he knows the pledge by heart. He recited it, and I reminded him that what he pronounced "guard" (one nation under "guard") is actually God. He said, "I know, but the teacher says it like that." Another kid said that his teacher says it the same way (different schools).
What is it like where you are? Do they leave God out? Do they say guard instead?
Joan

I will ask Makayla if I can think of it. As for now I don't know. -- Catie, 17:45:18 11/04/07 Sun [1] (h164.252.213.151.ip.alltel.net/151.213.252.164)
