In responding to Amanda's thread on 'leg positioning' I asked her about still spanking her sons bare bottoms over her knee since the onset of their puberty. I thought it might be an interesting thread for mothers of teenage boys.

With the onset of puberty comes increased self-awareness and embarrassment for older sons regarding their bodies. Bending bare bottomed over mother's knee is a real scarlet face moment for teen boys (shortly to be followed by their bottoms). In the light of that increased humiliation for them post puberty, have any of your sons asked to be spanked over a chair, sofa arm, or bed etc., as an alternative to the childish over the knee style bare bottom spanking?

Have they politely requested that for future spankings, Mum allows them to at the very least to keep their briefs up, if not their trousers/shorts as well?
