Nancy's son found out the judge from the Panitz trial would be the judge for the Springer trial and he was overjoyed about that because the judge made her speech during Ralf's sentencing against the Springer show. Springer's lawyers contacted the judge and asked her to recuse herself, and she has. In the meantime, Springer's lawyers are trying to settle this case in arbitration and claims that Nancy signed a contract promising arbitration if any controversy came out of her appearance. The lawyers of Nancy's sone said that since Nancy's son is not the one who signed the contract it is not effective.
