but where do you get these things...at a GNC or something?? The aroma therapy I'm talking about either comes in a skin cream or a liquid soap, even a Glade's plug in. LOL I feel like I just got off the boat. Especially interested in the tea you make for migraines. In other words, do I have to grow the stuff or do you go to a health food store and ask for lemon balm, etc. I've lead a very sheltered life. hehehe You can email me privately if you wish. I included my email, though I think you have it. Anyone else can email me on this too, or I will check this board. Traditional medicines just don't work and my headaches can last for 2 weeks or so off and on.
