We went from 104* yesterday to a chilly overcast one today - just got back from a blustery walk with Mr. Truck. So thoughts of wintertime soup sound wonderful. I will definitely try this. I love home made soup.
Only.......will somebody take pity on me and give me an approximate weight in pounds for a 1.2kg buttercup squash?
I know, I'm embarrassed.....we Americans are so spoiled - we expect the rest of the world to "translate" for *us*.
