Here it is online. :)

Jacksonville Zoo

On zoos, very mixed feelings. I always get a little depressed when I see a wild animal behind bars, but in these days and times it is often the only safe place for an endangered species. Sad. The educational impact is phenominal. I really like the type situations where they can put coexisting species out in a savannah type area such as they do at Busch Gardens

Busch Gardens, Tampa

Go to attractions, then under the attractions dropdown pick Serengeti Plains.

I don't really know how Busch Gardens treats their animals, but their affiliate, SeaWorld has my respect. Where I went to college (in Orlando), there were always injured manatees coming in for surgery. We had a tremendous marine biology group there (they also got dead manatees btw...yuck). Then they would recover at SeaWorld and be released back when they had healed. SeaWorld put a lot of funding into this program. It left me with a pretty good opinion of this group. They do exploit (for shows), but they also give back where they exploit. About as good as it can get. :)
