And I'll talk herbs any day and time - I love them (my mom started me on that kick many years ago), but I have trouble with the time involved and also the Florida heat and our wonderful salt air. Oh well, I will be done with school someday (aabout 4 yrs from now) and my boys will grow up and not need quite as much of my assistance :) and I will have time to "garden" as I would like!
