Abandoning her musical and carefully stepping over the note that appears completely composed of letters cut from magazines and newspapers, Kande rushes out the door and down the steps to the main part of the klub.

"Was that --?" she breathlessly asks KM and KS who have slammed through the swinging doors in front, KS with a knife in her teeth and gun pulled.

"I think it was..." KM gasps.

"Murblewump!" KS completes the sentence through a mouthful of sabre.

"Wouldn't you know it!" KM throws her hands in the air. "Now how are we going to finish our grand finale? Without..."

"Murblewump!" KS grunts helpfully.

"...nothing will go the way I had planned," KM glares at KS and finishes her sentence.

"I have a few ideas," Kande tells her, thinking of the musical score she has just composed for the final scene between Mulder and Scully.
