Playing time and practice make you a better player, but since you asked I'll give you a run down of what I know when I get more time (kinda tapped for it right now).

The HVC (High Volume Chamber) is a large volumed decoration (sorry joke) that replaces the front plug (lower chamber, under the barrel).

It is also reffered to as a Low Pressure Chamber (LPC).

It interferes with CP barrels and is supposed to hold a greater air mass in front of the valve (allowing you to shoot at lower pressures, and therefore use less air with more consistent shots, but I doubt those hold up, I may test it just to prove it's a good way to waste $20).
