It almost happened. Curt literally stopped a company with a cutting torch, which was there to remove the poles......REMOVING THE POLES..... Did you read....without the average homeowners consent. Ya, they say we voted them in and they have the best interest of the homeowners. Please come to the meeting....Keep in mind this meeting is just to try and prevent the poles being cut down. We will still need to work to get back boards put back up. I have been told they already sold them. If we the average homeowners sit back and think they have our best interest at heart, think again. It seems that they have personal agendas. I tried to talk to Jerry, our homeowners president. He only wanted to talk to curt. If he is my representative for this subdivision why is he unapproachable to me.

In response to a petition signed by more than 5% of the members, as provided in Article 4.03 of the by-laws for the community, a special meeting of the homeowners association has been called by the board of directors for the community on September 15th, 2009.

The meeting will be held at Mt. Juliet Elementary. Registration for the meeting will begin at 6:30 P.M. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M.

The sole purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the recent vote by a majority of the members of the board of directors to remove the basketball goals and posts, at the amenity area, on a permanent basis.

We look forward to seeing you on the 15th.
