Emmaline looked to him as his eyes moved from her to the menu. At his words an eyebrow raised slightly and her head tilted. "Are you suggesting that -you- would be my guardian?" But he had turned back to the wine list and was offering her a drink. "If I let you buy me a drink, know this...." She imitated his words."...I'm not going to be your bed and breakfast." She shifted slightly in her seat trying to get more comfortable. The poor thing was quite exhausted and kinda wanted a nap, but she would appease the vampire before her, the last thing she wanted to do was to make him angry.
