She felt him bump her shoulder, and yellow orbs shifted, catching his nod. She slowed, veering after him, though she lost speed through the brush. It seemed her endurance was beginning to falter, and she was glad to hear a splash in the distance.

She emerged from the thicket, feline eyes taking in the scene before her. He was sitting in water that was steaming, looking utterly in heaven. This Shape was not exactly comfortable with submerging in water, and she hesitated at the bank. She didn't like wetness creeping in between the pads of her toes, but resisted the urge to shake the water from her feet. The last thing she wanted was to appear dainty.

So, without further ado, she took a deep break and moved into the water, feeling it soak the fur of her lean legs and the soft cream coat of her underbelly. She stopped there, small ears limp against her skull. Though she didn't know it, she looked every bit the uncomfortable, wet feline that she was.
