Subject: Perception is reality to the viewer.... I have officers who are not 'car enthusiasts' and only know what they read and hear. They are not chickens by any means - they have concerns. I am personally glad these postings continue as it somewhat educates me. My officers have concerns and I need to update them. Many good tips & thoughts were posted on this topic and I hope they continue.
