Subject: It's the end of winter here right now....

Spring officially arrives in 5 days!!! But, in all honesty, we have had wonderful weather this winter. :) Nothing to complain about here and I could live with what we have right now for a lot longer!

The pumpkin curry dish - no, not yet (mainly cause I forgot the list of stuff, like a right idiot hee, hee, when I set out to buy all I needed. But I'm out for a bit tomorrow to take Sam for a visit to my sisters so I'll try and get everything I need then (I've been getting hubby to do lots of pickups of groceries for me since having Sam here - makes it akward to get out with a house full of dogs but I think the curry necessaries would defeat him - poor guy ;). I also want to grab what I need to make my favourite spaghetti sauce and jot down how I do that (it's been ages).

Now - how about the potatoe salad recipe you intend to make for tomorrow? :) There's only one potatoe salad that I've ever tried that I flipped over (and I only have a general idea of how it's made - they were rather secretive over it). My own recipe is, sadly, of the non-excitment engendering sort, LOL, so I'd like to try yours if you have the time to share!! Summer is a comin' and long hot days demand cool salads (and vino) all packed in the chillybin and taken to the beach...... :)))) Speaking of which - how are you guys all going to stay cool and comfortable at the beach tomorrow? What's the masterplan on that one?
