Oh Lord, Mac loves raw pumkin. what a weirdo. Rob is in the kitchen cutting up that pumpkin and he tells me the boy loves it. to funny...

My potato salad is no big deal, in fact it's a plain recipe but I love it... here it goes, oh, and the beach will be really cool tomorrow, probably in the low 70's compaited to the high 90's like today.

russet potatoes, lots of them.

peeled, cut up in bite size piecesand boiled.

drain

add 8 hard boiled eggs
1 raw red onion cut up
1 large can of pitted black olives chopped up
6 sticks of celery
salt and pepper
salad shrimp

it's my favorite but nothing fancy, would love to hear you'rs?
mayo, not low fat:)
