You know it's funny becasue this ep just aired on Sky TV in England (whre are you cvl? ;-) ) and all the Brits who posted about it over at Fox can't seem to understand the dislike for this ep either. They all really liked it too. Maye it's just us Americans!

Well I'm not in the 'hated it' group. I'm just sort of indifferent to it. It just didn't seem like the type of thing M&S would get involved with in the first place and I would love to have had one juicy seriel killer case in Season 7 to trade for this one.

I also have a very strong dislike toward virtual reality entertainment. I just think that the minds who create this sort of thing obviously have some intelligence and that could be put to better use.

The ep was fun to look at to see M&S all decked out in their combat gear but that's about all I really thought was ok with it. I was looking forward to more input with the Gunmen. They seem kind of wasted and mostly just hung around. Why not have them go into the game too?

I thought some of the jokes were forced. I mean having the gang of police officers go ga-ga over Jade at the station. I'm sure they've encountered their fare share of prostitutes passing through but they acted like a bunch of prisoners who'd been away from any female contact for decades the way they reacted to her. Very unprofessional and not realistic.

I remember agreeing with Scully a lot in this ep the way she felt toward the game and the violence. And I'm just not really into high tech stuff much. Oh I hope that CC dosn't ask these guys to write another ep next season! It was ok and had some fun parts to it but I wouldn't want to see another ep like this again.
