Alas, KS and KM have waddled far enough away that they can't hear kande's valid protestations. Bubba is shaking his head, also surprised at KS and KM's foolish conclusion. Who in their right mind would think that Kande would not only enter a Bitch Parade, but could even be a contender for the top prize?

"What is wrong with those two?" an exasperated Kande asks Bubba, who shrugs. "Do they really think Stardoe will let me enter a float if I haven't registered?"

Meanwhile, over at the library, Rabid is poring over her float materials. Scattered all over the library's tables and floors are designs. One depicts a float of photos previously used in blackmail attempts. Another is a giant potato dressed to look like KS. But the most devious one is disguised to look like something KM would throw together at the last minute (because she assumes she'll win, so why put in any effort) that hurls insult after insult at the Mulderists.

Rabid giggles as she envisions the carnage that would follow that one! Hee-hee-hee! CW, still maintaining her vigil outside the library, looks up hopefully as she hears Rabid giggle. Rabid sees her, then scowls. Drat! CW must be dealt with. Rabid turns around and drops her pants, giving CW the full moon.

Looking to see CW's reaction, Rabid sees CW's face turn red with anger. Mission accomplished.
