A loud whistle is heard through out the town.

The Mayor climbs up onto her solid gold soapbox and pulls out a large brass megaphone.

"SHIPPERVILLIANS.....this is your Mayor speaking"

The town goes silent as the attention is turned towards the well dressed and shapely Mayor.

"Thats better.......it's been a while, I have been listening to your petty squabbles and problems. It's time things changed. From here on in, all attention will be on me now."

Grumbling can be heard in the ranks.

"It's also a by-law, passed this morning. Punishable my fine."

The crowd stops moaning and the oohs and ahhs begin.

"Whats first on the agenda Mayor?" kande asks with gritted teeth, wondering how long the Mayor has before her next paper is due. She really hates Proclamated Mayor Days.

The mayor pulls a thick pad out of her pocket. "Funny you should ask, I have a list made up......first thing. We are all going to move. Kande your moving into Rabids den. Rabid is moving into Stardoes......Stardoe, my oldest and dearest friend in Shipperville, you get my place!"

Stardoes face lights up...."really Mayor, with all the buttons and everything!? I will miss my lab....but your place is so much fun. But were will you live?"

"I think I will take that large fixer upper on Lexider Street. In fact, thats were we will start" kenamom begins to clap her hands loudly.

"chop chop people, time is a wasten. We will start with my stuff. LETS MOVE!"
