"...and then Bub comes back to life and takes up residence on Scully's knee..." Kande writes and then pencil-end in mouth, finds herself dreaming about Scully's knees. "Ah..Scully's delectable knees...shimmering, silken rounded-knob knees," she muses dreamily. She is rudely interrupted in her knee reverie by a loud noise outside. She bangs on the flaking window sill until she is able to lift the window and poke her head out.

*KA-BLANG!* A garbage can lid flies straight in the air, conking Kande on the tip of her front tooth.

"OUCH! You're messing with some expensive dental work there, you idiot!" Kande shrieks at her sister.

"Dental work that should rightfully have been mine," KS hollers back as she experiments with some more explosives in the dumpster behind the klub.

"Mom and Dad liked me better," Kande smirks as she observes her sister detonate the dumpster and garbage flies across the street into the Mayor's front stoop. "That'll cost ya, Sis!" Kande whoops with glee.

"Nah, the Mayor understands what I'm trying to do here, with the season finale and all," KS absentmindedly tells her sister, scratching her head and jotting down a few figures. Then she glances up at Kande. "Not that you would understand, since you weren't entrusted with anything important to do."

Kande slams the window down and goes back to fuming. She has just gone through her eleventyth-thousandth script when she sees a note being shoved through the bottom of her office door.
