Sorry I've been out of touch, work has been pretty crazy. I guess I'm going to keep working here, at least for now. Joe doesn't seem to think its dangerous, at least not durring the day. And I at least trust that he wants me alive.

Let me address things in general rather than specific.

If its alright with everyone I'd like to keep track of what people have done, so we have a general idea of our capabilities. I've already been thinking about what other people were talking about last Saturday, and comparing it to the Mage book (I know that sounds crazy) to figure out what "Spheres" they have. Since these people might be oposed to us at some point we need to know their capabilities, and ours as well.

I do think we need to be *very* cautious with this... magic, whatever. I'm not going to just try things, I don't know if you guys should either. There is the whole "paradox" thing for one. We also simply don't know what we are doing. We might hurt ourselves by doing something wrong. Joe is trying to get me a book on the theories of this stuff, I think we should all take a look at that before we start trying random things.

As for being prepared, I think there is no harm is getting started. I agree that moving in togeather or getting guns is really extreme, but its something to think about. Its also something that will take time, so I'm glad we are getting the prelimiaries out of the way, even if we don't follow through in the end.

Finally, well, reading the rules book (that should not be our only source of info!) I've been thinking about a few things. First of all, if we all work our "magic" togeather we can do more impressive things, maybe even be good enough to challenge someone like Joe or Jessie if it comes to it. We should try to figure out how to do that as soon as possible. Also, there are some powers that I think are going to be more useful that others, at least to start. "Mind" lets you sence emotions and, most importantly, protect your own thoughts. I think Rob has some of that, which is very good. "Prime" lets you sence the use of magic, which also might be very useful. One or more of us should try to start learning that. In general, if we are going to be working togeather we should try to learn complementary things, make sure we have all our bases covered.
