I see that you missed Singapore, especially the food! LOL. Oh, the Kwan Yin Temple you mentioned is in Waterloo Street (the Chinese here called it the "4th Road"). I am Hokkien. Wife is Teochew... so, I do speak some Teochew.

Yes, I heard about the Wiccan Rede. My spiritual belief is actually an eclectic mix of Buddhism, Pagan/Wiccan, New Age and Native American Spirituality. And you mentioned about your NA past-life... so coincidental, I am also one who truly feel a lot for NA and their wisdom. In fact, I joined a lot of NA messageboards at MSN-Groups!

Yes, all things happened for a reason. I felt this even stronger eversince I met her, which for the current purpose of convenience shall be referred as my TS (I won't jump into conclusion... a result of being comfortable with "logical" thinking for years).
