"That's too bad to hear." Fury commented on his statement about their issues. Just as she thought--she would not be lucky enough to get off on the same excuse twice. She blamed the vampire, who she still hadn't gotten the name of. Ever since she'd met him--her life was a piece of a horror film. Him finding her on the pier. Him finding her here. His son circling her at this very moment. Gah! Couldn't he just have left her alone? But then she thought back...maybe it was her fault...maybe she should have listened to that stupid scary story. Hell, the vampire probably came up with it himself to keep stupid people like her off his damn property.

Fury's eyes followed the son as he cirled her in the front. Her fear was turning into anger again and she tried to calm it. She kept a steady glare on him, completely oblivious to the creature in the shadows,--she could sense that he was bad news--no, the worst news.

She had turned to the vampire as he spoke, her eyes widening when he cursed and called her over, and she jumped when a third voice broke into the chilly air. Instead of obeying the guy who had caused all this, she turned around. What made her do it? Curiosity maybe? Rebellion? Stupidity? Ahh...that was a little bit closer.

She sighted two of them. Two of the glorious, horrible beasts, and the smirk that took place on one of their faces.

Oh God. How the f*ck am I getting out of this one?

"Who the hell are you." She blurted, not know where in the world it came from...and she instantly regretted it.
