Subject: Does anyone...?

Does anyone make their own fresh pasta (or know how to)? Also tacco's - anyone know how to make them? We eat a lot of this sort of stuff and I was thinking the other day that's it's really overpriced for what it is and must be easy to make but sometimes the simplest things are hard to figure out how to do.

Any clues on these two?
