Kande's fingernails dig into the wood of the bar as several members of the Red Speedo Review try to take her upstairs to get her changed into the flimsy laytex bike outfit CW has kindly laid out for her.

"What's wrong with you?" the Mayor asks her in exasperation as she runs her newly manicured fingers through her recently streaked hair. "You usually wear bike shorts, so what's the big deal?"

"In sub-zero weather?" Kande sputters. "I want to wear what I've got on." The others take in her puffy parka, flannel shirt and jeans worn over long underwear, leg warmers, and wool socks knitted by CW.

"No." The Mayor declares. "The bike shorts are more fashionable. I'll let you wear the leg warmers around your ankles." She giggles. "Just because they look funny."

Stardoe is a little concerned. She's stolen a pair of long pants from a tourist and CW just whipped her up a pair of socks to match her sweater. Still, she's shivering. Kande is too stingy to turn up the heat. "Won't she freeze out there on a bike?" Everybody turns to look out the doors of the Klub. Piles of snow have drifted over the cars parked out front, turning them into small hills.

"Kande rides her bike through every type of weather," KS announces proudly. Kande tries to shut her up by slashing her hand across her throat, then pretending to gag herself. The Red Speedo Review take advantage of this by dragging down the long underwear and quickly pulling on the bike shorts. Kande yelps as the spandex drags across the long hair on her legs.

Suddenly the lights dim and a Dancing Dana parades onto stage holding Kande's bike. A drum roll sounds. Everyone looks again at Kande who is standing with her arms wrapped around herself in her puny spandex outfit, teeth chattering. She looks back at them defiantly.

"Uh... folks. Brr is a race," she suggests, looking around to see who else might be going.
