Subject: Kande goes and sits on the bank of the lake

She is deep in thought wondering who in Shipperville she can get to break her arm? Suddenly she gets an idea. She races off to the library where Islandgirl is busily checking out dozens of copies of her married series to all and sundry even if they haven't asked for them.

Kande walks straight past IG not even stopping to say hello. She goes over to the glassed in NC-17 cabinet and breaks the glass with a copy of Oxford English Dictionary. Then she takes out a cigarette lighter and ignites the flame. Some 6th sense stops IG in her tracks and makes her look up. She screams at Kande and lunges at her lighter- holding arm. With a resounding SNAP!!!! Kande's arm goes limp and dangles at an awful angle between the wrist and elbow.
"YOOOWWWWWW!!!!" yells Kande.
"Oh NO!" screams Islandgirl. "Oh Kande. I'm so sorry. Oh I didn't mean to do it. Oh dear me. Oh no . Oh I'm just so sorry. Let me take you to the hospital"
Islandgirl is just mortified as she looks at Kande hanging on to her broken arm.
"It was just reflex. I didn't know what I was doing. It was just a feeling I had about the safety of my fanfics. Oh Kande. Kande, please don't hate me"
Islandgirl gets a wierd creepy feeling up her spine as she sees the disabled Kande begin to smile. Islandgirl takes a step back , a disturbed nausea rising in her craw. Kande is now grinning through the obvious pain. Islandgirl, forgetting about her fanfics, lets out a not so girly scream and flees out the door and into the street. All the residents of Shipperville come out to see what the commotion is all about.
"She's crazy. She's mad." yells IG.
Stardoe, who has been diligently patrolling the boarders of Shipperville, comes galloping in with pack takhi in tow.
"What has happened? Is there a murder?" she asks hoping to make an arrest.
Islandgirl explains what happed in the library just as the maniacal Kande come sauntering out of the library , heading in the direction of the MS Chateaux. Stardoe gazes at her dangling arm and shudders as it reminds her of the countless snapped race horse legs flapping around as they run. Kande is grinning in an insane fashion. Mulder and Scully come out of the chateaux.
"Oh brother!" exclaims Scully when she sees the besotted Kande heading towards her.
"Something has got to be done about that woman" says Mulder. "She really is becoming a right pain in the ass!"
Just then Aunt Madge flies in in her ultra light and strides over to the crowd.
"Hey there chickens. Did y'all miss me. huh?" She turns and looks in the direction of everyone's gaze and her eyes clap onto the dangling arm of the Shipperville Klub owner.
"Hey snookems!" she quips. "Had a little accident there have ya? Come here and let Aunty Madge take a look at it. "
This seems to break Kande out of her reverie as Aunt Madge picks her up and slings her over her shoulder.
"Don't worry chicken. I'll take care of ya. Just come along to the hospital with dear ol' Aunty Madge and everything will be aaaaaalllll right!"
Jolted by the sudden pain in her arm Kande comes in to full awareness and begins to scream.
"NO NO NO. Put me down. OOOOWWWW my arm. NONONO. Someone save me. NO NOt aunt Madge. NO . That's not how it's supposed to be. NOt the hospital. NOOOOOOO!"
Kande's screams can be heard all the way to the hospital.
When they have finally died to nothing Scully goes over to the mayor.
"Can we please give Aunty Madge some sort of citation for her wonderful work of medical dedication for the citizens of Shipperville? "

"Sure thing " says the mayor.
Everyone goes back to what they were doing knowing that their dear friend Kande is in the bestest of hands at the Shipperville and District Hospital. Where all good patients should be.
