Subject: E-Script Monies

I read in a recent monthly newsletter from our school that our PTA is collecting and average of $1,200.00 a month from the E-Script Program. It is my understanding that this is in addition to the funds that are being generated from other sources, such as school cookie dough sales, GM Box Tops, etc. Does anybody know what this money is being used for? Also, why doesn't our PTA poll the parents as to how we would like to have the money spent? It is, afterall, The PARENT-Teacher Association.
