Date Posted: 18:12:54 12/01/04 Wed Hi Theresa and Denise, I came across your forum while searching for more on this subject of twin souls. Much of what you wrote strike a familiar chord with me. I read ALL the messages because I was so taken in by the sincerity of the exchanges between the 2 of you. I can't tell if I have found my twin soul for sure... my scientifically trained mind sort of gets in the way. But I know that feeling because I felt it strongly too. I am a 43-year old male, married for 19 years. My relationship has no problems. Yet, I know what both of you are talking about and I am in full agreement. Twin souls DO NOT NEED to be romantically-linked, although the attraction is strong. Theresa, are you from Singapore? I am a Singaporean Chinese. Thus, what you said about your up-bringing was what I faced too, and I have seen cases of spousal abuse... thus I understand what you were writing about abuses and stuff like that. While you are a Pagan, I am more inclined to Buddhism (Theravada tradition). We believe in fate (or karma), thus I believe that things do happen for a reason. Denise, are you from the western world? Which country? Nice meeting you. I am surprised at the way both of you are so open to each other. Perhaps, we are all soulmates too, helping each other to deal with twin soul matters. I have read many of those twin soul websites you mentioned. Yes, I may not totally agree with some which are inclined towards romantic twins souls. There are other websites which even try to profit from people who yearn for such stuff... not very noble, I think. I am glad this forum was set up. Unfortunately, it seems sort of lonely, with only the 2 of you. Perhaps, more like-minded people will join in later. It all depends on what is to come (fate, karma, pre-planned by souls, guided by guardian angels...whatever). Thanks.
