When Fury had been told to leave by the vampire...her eyes narrowed at him. Who was he to tell her what to do? But, his voice did, indeed, sound serious. Before she could really do anything she heard the other man speak.

So, she did what she could do best...play it cool. She hoped her temper wouldn't get her into too much trouble this time. She could feel that this new man would not play games, as the vampire did. A shiver went down her spine when she took in the newcomer's cold, cold eyes. Her hands had gotten cold in the few seconds since he'd made his presence known.

She looked him over once...twice...three times. Oh, she couldn't take in enough of him. He was gorgeous from the top of his head, to his body, to the tip of his shoes.

"Oh really now?" She said in a meek voice. The lion that had usually roared inside her was turning into a kitten just being around these two men who she knew could do the worst things possible to her--and they'd probably enjoy it.

"Isn't this just a cute little get together? I'm sorry I don't really have time to chat, and it looks like you two have some father-son issues to work out. I really shouldn't intrude." She doubted the same plan would work twice in a row, but it was worth a try.
