It is normal for a woman who grows up the young man to see him at a different stages of undress or totally naked in fulfilling her duties, and it is good for the boy to get used to living with that thought. Until maturity, he is under her's full control and is required to comply with her's requirements and orders, whether he likes it or not. Even more so, her's actions are in full agreement with the requirements of the medical office policy that an adult chaperone should be present during the physical examination of the underage patient.
