Since KM is ringing a bell right behind her, KS gives a startled jump and a girly shriek and lets off a round from her gun. Fortunately for CC, he'd tipped to the side in his chair and the shots missed him. Annoyed, KM bonks her on the side of the head with her bell.

"Darn it, KS," she snarls, "you're ruining my big announcement."

"Sorry Mayor," KS backs up and reholsters her submachine gun while giving CC a threatening look. Then KS hands Rabid a hankie from her back pocket. "You look like a sobbing rabbit when you cry. You've got some kind of teeth thing going there." KS gestures at Rabid's incisors which have grown long and pointy since she was last seen.

Rabid covers her mouth with her hand. "Oops, Buffy-influence," she explains.

"*Ahem!*" KM interrupts rudely and taps the podium that Bubba has dragged from the back of the klub. "We are now officially gathered to discuss how we're bringing Scully home."

"Group therapy is over?" CW questions as she sits up and mops at her face. "Rats. Just when I was getting into this whole emoting thing."

Stardoe raises her hand. "I say we send Mulder in with a band of takhi's and he and Scully and William ride off into the sunset. After a big shootout with the aliens and bumping off Dogsbreath and everyone."

"No, no, Doggett gets sent to prison for shooting Brad," Kande interrupts. "That was my idea and I'm sticking to it. Then Scully realizes she's been gay all along and ..."

"She is NOT gay!" IG shrieks at Kande. "Why don't we just skip the rest of season 9 and get right to the naked pretzel scene at the end?"

"Right," Kande continues. "The one where she's gay and..."

Rabid turns to KS as the others squabble. "It's portal."

"Excuse me?" KS turns to Rabid and frowns. "Is that a city or a country? I'm not very good with geography."

"You said porthole earlier. Like we were all aboard a ship or something and saw the X-files through a small, round window. P-O-R-T-A-L," Rabid gives KS a smug grin. "If you were a librarian, you would know these things."

"Poral, schmortal, we all somehow saw these people at work and home for years on our TVs! That's spelled T-V," KS yells at Rabid, shaking her fists and tearing at her hair. "And I want him to let us back in after Season 9!" KS turns to point at CC but he's already gone. Then she turns and narrows her eyes at Rabid.

"What did you mean earlier when you said it was all your fault?" she hisses.
