Repeatable actions may not be the WHOLE truth. For example, dropping a pencil usually proves that it will move towards the center of the planet, but if this experiment is done in a vehicle that is changing its speed, then this is no longer the truth.
..... Then there are many other kinds of "truths" that are not repeatable, for example in religions/belief systems, philosophy, politics, etc. Often these so-called "truths" are based on what "an authority" has promulgated, or speculated or guessed, or what is regarded as "traditional".
..... How about dreams? While dreaming our experiences seem quite true, but obviously that's wrong as we discover soon after we wake up.
