Subject: Low fat Diet for Dogs..?

Hi have had a been of a trauma weekend, stayed with my daughter Pam last night and didnt get home till this eve. That staying over was planned but in the meantime ( afew days) ago their Aust cattle dog Daisy had to be hospitalized.. she had developed a severe attack on the pancreas and was on an IV. Anyway, Pam had to ring at 10 this morning and find out if Daisy was ok to come home.. she was.. but the cost for her hospital stay and etc was $700 which the vet surgery wanted in full NOW! Pam didnt have it and said the max she could pay on the spot was $400 and she would pay the rest next Wednesday when she gets her pay from work. That was kind of battle, but they finally agreed to release Daisy on the $400 (Pam has only been attending that vet for FIFTEEN years and has never defaulted on the payments. Anyway, Daisy now has to be on low fat food.. which the vet says you can buy (named a few) or make at home.. so please anyone got any good make at home, low fat recipes for doggies?
Ellie.
