::out in the Hallway would be found a pair of bifocals laying just before the steps led down.. a pair that Jaden can recall one of the two men that seemed to be a part in this scheme.
Ben stops Jaden at the top of the steps saying:: Looks as though there will be only a split between two now. ::of course he said so in reference to the bloody lenses:: I do so enjoy the way these things go.
::Half way down the steps, both Jaden and Ben see that the crowd at the Salty Dog had picked up greatly.

Blind Willie was preparing to play his fiddle in the center of the area provided for him. Also spotted was Mary in the doorway behind the bar that lead into the kitchen. Mary spotted Jaden and Ben.. she then proceeded to the bottom of the stairs.. somewhat in a hurried pace, and once all three of them converged on each other, Mary took Jaden's arm.
One of the two men that had left the room upstairs.. the victor if you will, he stood and stood right beside them. Now Ben would also move beside both Jaden and Mary, standing between Jaden and a possible escape.. the door leading out to the street.
Mary was pulling Jaden towards the bar saying:: Robert came in looking for you, the temper on that man, him calling for a hanging.
I do believe he was in Governor frame of mind. And I heard him tell Angus to go and make sure the gallows was ready, something about someone not seeing mid day tomorrow. I'm sorry dear if I something that got you into any trouble, from now on I don't know you and you me.. ok.
