As they made their way into the cafe she found her way to the seat and slid in, her back against the wall. She smiled at Max and the way he moved it to the side closer to her and out of the way of her line of sight. "You didn't have to do that Max." She said as she brushed a lock of hair behind her ear. She noticed his silent curse and look of pain flash across his face and her eyes grew concerned. But before she could ask about his pain, the waitress had come up to them asking for their orders. She noticed his hesitancy to order and shook her head slightly. As he ordered she turned to the waitress and ordered a coffee as well. As soon as the waitress had left she looked to Max."Please don't worry about paying. If it really bothers you that much, you can pay the next time we go out. That is if you want to go out again." She said a small hint of nervousness in her voice
