 ~He entered Smugglers Den as he had the previous time, and both times his demeanor was one of indifference with a taste of.. best not bothered me. At the door stood a massive man who kept his eye on all within, no facial telling trait.

Whispers as heads turned to see the three enter, a few kept their eyes on the huge man at the door while the rest followed the now two in number find a bench off to the right side of the Den.
The one laughing gestured to a near empty bench.. and once Robert sat, the old man that was already sitting there found another place to sit.

"Come lad.. an tells me bout ye deal'ns wit yer family backs home." The third man much lesser in stature as the other two.. was a tad bit spooked of the others about the Den. "are you sure this is a good place to talk Governor?" and once again at the word Governor the whispers filled the Den. Robert who shook his head from side to side. "Be fine lad.. just so long as ye nae mention Governor thang. Calls me Mr. Morley in 'ere. Now sit.. blend in wit rest of these 'ere folk an nae worry yerself, Come".

Robert slid over a half full tankard of ale that the man who was kind enough to find another table in a hurry. "See.. they 'ave ye drink already, fine service I says."
The young man looked around as he did indeed sit opposite Robert, he looked into the offered tankard and making a face seeing things floating in it before moving it aside. "What is it you want to know Gove.. I mean Mr Morley?" The lad with head down keeping his eyes to the table.
"Just wants ta know if'n ye shipment be on its way.. So's I can meet yer father be all."
A quick look around before the lad gave answer. "Yes, my father the Duke of Canterbury sent word that he and.. " He leaned forward to whisper the rest "the inheritance will arrive in two weeks.. I hope safely. Do you realize that if word got out on how much my father is carrying in just gol"

It was at this point Robert put his hand over the lad's mouth at the word he was about to say. "there be nae need ta finish that there course of words, ye told me all I needs ta know". Robert stood as he saw Jaden enter in the front entrance. With his back to the young man he grined at Jaden.. placeing a finger to his lips then indicating the man who sat at his table. In this establishment the man would be a mark or how Robert would call him, the Pigeon.
A wink to Jaden then turns to the young man who tried to stand to follow Robert... yet it was Robert's hand to the man's shoulder that kept him down.

"I sees old friend who runs this establishment. Ye stays 'ere an be back I will after I says me good day".

Again Robert would make eye contact with Jaden as he walked toward the back... bumping into her he would whisper. "all yers lad be, just find me location where I's can sail out ta meets this 'ere Duke an relieve 'im of 'is burden."
After bumping into Jaden he would check to see if anything on his person was missing. An old habit it was but worth the time knowing Jaden's fine art of quick hands.
Like all the times before he would laugh seeing himself do that, always safe then sorry he always say~
