As the cloaked lady made her way through the forest, she began to ponder what terrible occurance must have forced the mournful cry. The enormous trees surrounding the worn path seemed to glow with a sort of eerie warning. The sound had seemed uttered more out of sorrow than out of danger, however, and she continued on.

The youthful woman was so pensive that she completely overlooked the large puddle before her. Before her mind registered her situation, she was knee-deep in murky water. She cursed as she lifted her feet out of the dreadful mud. Though she now appeared quite bedraggled and disorderly, she could not halt her voyage to adjust herself.

After trodding through the woods for what seemed like a great amount of time, the lady was relieved to find the edge of a clearing. Once she walked forward and obtained a better view of the scene before her, she considered turning around. It looked as though there was a gathering of people a short distance infront of her. Obviously, the awful cry had not come from this area. Everyone looked healthy, though they were all standing around a figure on the ground.

The lady observed, with a sense of curiosity, that all of the beings were dressed as though they were prepared to fight. There couldn't have been a battle, if none of them had been harmed. Still, there was a chance that her powers could be of aid to someone here, so she hesitantly made her way over to the congregation of armored beings.
